Absolutely! The Batley offers a fully equipped fitness center featuring a dedicated yoga studio, accessory lockers, and state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment including free weights, a squat rack, two Peloton bikes, one TechnoGym stair climber, four TechnoGym ellipticals, six TechnoGym treadmills, two TechnoGym rowing machines, a leg press, and a lat pulldown.

Yes! Our property hosts quarterly events, where you will have the opportunity to connect with neighbors and engage with our broader community. Additionally, we host an annual summer celebration and a holiday gathering at the end of the year.

The Batley is proud to offer a variety of floor plans to suit every need, with layouts ranging from 453 – 1,300+ square feet, and in floorplans ranging from Studio to 2-bedroom with den apartments. Our floor plans are all hardwood, and designed to maximize natural light and provide a refined, elegant living space.

Application Process

Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.

Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
